Our Crowdfunding Projects consist of several venues.
There are 3-types of platforms that can be implemented.
- Debt crowdfunding: Debt crowdfunding works similarly to a traditional business loan. However, rather than owing the bank, borrowers owe payments to individuals. Funds are raised at a predetermined APR.
- Rewards crowdfunding: By offering backers a reward, this platform avoids the business having to repay debt or giving up equity. Rewards crowdfunding is ideal for businesses that have a product or incentives in exchange for funding from individuals. It is a win-win situation.
- Donation crowdfunding: Donation crowdfunding is an option for raising funds but doesn’t require repayment of any kind. Kind donations are best to get as support from their local communities to fund their campaign.

$7,000 Wallpaper Removal and painting.
7th Project
$10,000 Kitchen upgrades.
8th Project
$30,000 Module Built Bungalow with boat and dock.
9th Project
$80,000 3-Story Module Built Building for Meeting Room,
Spa Treatment Rooms and After Dinner Desserts Café.
